The peaceful home of Judith Forbis sits on a ridge overlooking Wilhelmina Lake, in the Ouachita mountains of Arkansas.  The site clearly boasts one of the most beautiful views in all of Arkansas. 
It's the perfect setting for one who loves spending time on the water.
