Ansata recently sold a select group of horses to the Emir of Qatar, HH Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani's Al Shaqab Stud. From the time Ansata Halim Shah and several mares were acquired by His Highness the Emir in 1994, Ansata bloodlines have provided a solid foundation behind Qatar's overall straight Egyptian program. The new state of the art Al Shaqab equine complex, costing more than half a billion dollars, will include a multi-faceted equine facility.

Judith Forbis will be commuting between USA and Doha as a consultant.

Lisa and Steve Zukowski have dedicated their new farm to perpetuating "The Ansata Look." Having acquired a herd of Ansata-bred mares, they have leased Ansata Qasim, Ansata Al Shahin, Ansata Al Rahim and Ansata Ibn Sokar, for halter, performance and breeding purposes. Ansata is partnering with them on breeding Ansata stallions to Sherifa Tamria, Gift of the Nile, and other top mares. Gift's first ET foals have arrived by Ansata Sinan and Ansata Iemhotep!
